With the Sydney Royal Easter Show over for another year we can all get back to our regular baking.
And eating! Don't forget the eating.
Autumn is well and truly here now and although the days are still so warm, the evenings are chilly already and the temptation to tuck into a slice of chocolate cake and a hot drink is sometimes too strong to resist.
Let's get started and warm ourselves as the weather cools down. Any excuse, right?
